1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using EFA Projection ("the Service"), you accept these terms of service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Description of the service

EFA Projection is a projection platform for churches that lets you manage and project song lyrics, Bible passages and presentations. The service includes a desktop application and a web interface.

3. User accounts

• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering.
• You're responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
• You must notify us immediately about any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

4. Plans and payments

• The free plan is available at no cost with limited functionality.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly depending on your choice.
• Payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you accept PayPal's terms.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the paid plan continues until the end of the billed period.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Try to access accounts or data of other users.
• Upload content that infringes copyrights or intellectual property of third parties.
• Try to break the security or infrastructure of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

6. User content

• You keep all rights to the content you upload to the Service (songs, presentations, images, etc.).
• You grant us a limited license to store and display your content within the Service.
• You're responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you upload.

7. Service availability

• We do our best to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• We may schedule maintenance that temporarily affects access.
• The desktop application works offline with later synchronization.

8. Limitation of liability

EFA Projection is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including data loss or service interruptions.

9. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time from the settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• When your account is terminated, your data will be deleted within 90 days.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you about significant changes by email or with a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
